Nicky Henderson, who has won the two mile event three times before accounts for five of this year's entries.

His possible runners include Isio, who has not been seen out since winning a Kempton novices' chase by seven lengths in November, Got One Too, Jericho III, Regal Exit and Tysou.

Paul Nicholls looks to hold a particularly strong this year with Epervier D'Or who is unbeaten in three starts over fences and Vol Solitaire who advertised his claims with a nine-length victory at Cheltenham on New Year's Eve.

Nicholls also trains ante-post favourite Azertyuiop who has won twice already this season, No Need For Alarm who has won both his starts this campaign and smart performer Le Roi Miguel.

Best Mate's owner Jim Lewis has a live contender in Impek, winner of all his three starts over fences and he also has Stars Out Tonight.
