Adressing a seminar of Defamation law yesterday, the Arts, Sport and Tourism Minister told how his children had to move schools several times because of bullying after false allegations were made about an affair between him and public relations expert Monica Leech.

He caused gasps among the gathering when he said the media intrusion caused him to wake up every morning feeling like he had been "raped":
