Tweaking the tail of the now-defunct Celtic Tiger, this well-made, if slightly ill-defined, Irish drama looks back over the recent decline in the economy by following the lives of a quartet of Dublin computer company employees with, for each of them, a load of financial and personal problems.
The drama, played out over a one-day period, involves Rachel (Callaghan) who has been unfaithful to her fiancée while still contemplating buying a flash apartment, Tony (Byrne) a money-loving womaniser, Eoin (Burke) facing marriage to a pushy bride and Frank (Kearnes) with your customary marriage problems.
The film is set against the property slump but it takes its time bringing together a storyline that we can follow or get involved in.
