Almost four million cigarettes have been seized by Customs officers in Wexford today.

Almost four million cigarettes have been seized by Customs officers in Wexford today.

The '821 Red' brand cigarettes arrived into Dublin Port from Rottterdam and were subsequently seized in Enniscorthy.

The cigarettes are said to represent a potential loss to the Exchequer of €1.3m.
