Brian Meehan reports Super Sleuth to be back in work after missing more than half of the season.

The chestnut ran a stormer to be third to Ghanaati at 33-1 in the 1000 Guineas, but was a bitter disappointment when the second favourite for the Irish version.

She has not seen the racecourse since then.

Meehan reported: “She had bits and pieces go wrong since Ireland but she’s fine and she’s back in training.

“We’ll see how it goes before deciding if we run this season, otherwise we’ll wait until next season.”
