Organisation claims there more than 400 jobs in nursing homes
A nursing home organisation claims there are almost 450 vacancies in the sector.
Employers from across the country are attending a national recruitment seminar in Dublin today in a bid to fill those posts.
Nursing Home Ireland has said 61% of facilities they surveyed recently had one or more job vacancy.
