UEFA is due to decide today if Georgian football authorities should be punished over the knife-throwing incident in the recent Euro 2004 qualifier against Ireland in Tblisi.

Irish midfielder Kevin Kilbane was almost struck by the knife, which was thrown from a section of the home crowd.
