The GAA has launched in inquiry into the brawl that erupted at the end of the minor football All-Ireland quarter-final at Limerick's Gaelic Grounds on Saturday.
As Cork and Laois players made their way off the field, a huge bust-up broke out between both sides, their mentors and supporters.
Both teams face expulsion from the championship as a result.
The game between the Leinster champions and Munster finalists ended in a draw and referee Michael Daly decided to forego extra time due to the fracas.
The GAC will address the situation as soon as they receive the referee's report.
GAA President Sean Kelly said that it was unacceptable that an incident like that should occur at a match attended by many families and young people.
