Coast Guard warns of dangerous conditions in Dublin

The Coast Guard is asking people to be extra vigilant this weekend with heavy rain, combined with strong winds and high tides forecast.

People are being warned to steer clear of exposed seafronts and harbour piers today and tomorrow during exceptional high tides.

In Dublin, strong easterly wind areas like Clontarf seafront and the East Pier in Howth are experiencing conditions that could result in someone falling into the sea if they get too close.
