The pastoral letter from the Vatican is due to published tomorrow and read out at masses across Ireland over the weekend.

It will be the first time ever for a pontiff to address a letter specifically dealing with issues of clerical child sex abuse.

But Christine Buckley of the Aislinn Centre for Victims of Child Abuse has said the Pope's letter "won't change a thing".
