Metro blast death toll 'could pass 40'
The death toll in today's suspected suicide bomb blast in the Moscow metro could be higher than 40, according to Interfax news agency.
The agency was quoting ambulance sources, but added that other sources said the number of deaths could be even higher.
The suspected suicide bomb tore through the Moscow metro during today’s morning rush hour.
Interfax, citing police sources, said the attack was carried out by a suicide bomber.
