Eircell staff to get share options in Vodafone
Eircell has announced that more than 1,500 of its employees are to receive share options in the Vodafone group.
Vodafone secured a deal for Eircom's mobile phone sector last May.
The workers will be entitled to purchase shares worth half the value of their annual salary.
Similar deals are being offered to Vodafone staff in other countries.
