Rocker Eric Clapton was forced to cancel his concert in Auburn Hills, Michigan on Saturday night after developing a sore throat.
The veteran rocker's world tour kicked off last weekend and is set to include the US and Canada, as well as Japan, New Zealand and Australia.
The singer's publicist Kristen Foster assures Clapton's fans that his upcoming concerts in North America will go ahead as planned - after the Michigan concert is rescheduled.
His next concert will be on Sunday in Toronto, Canada.
Foster says: "He is indeed under the weather with a sore throat."
