Coastguard declare missing Waterford vessel 'a hoax'
A search that was being carried out in Co Waterford has been declared a hoax.
Two men were reported missing in Waterford harbour earlier, after a member of the public reported hearing a loud splash near Arthurstown.
A number of local vessels and the Coastguard helicopter were involved in the search, which has now been stood down.
