Nelly dismisses reports of marriage to Ashanti
Rapper Nelly has laughed off rumours he's proposed to long-term girlfriend Ashanti, insisting the reports are incredibly far-fetched.
The Hot In Herre hitmaker - born Cornell Haynes Jr - has been dating R&B singer Ashanti since November 2003, but the hip-hop star denies they are set to walk down the aisle anytime soon.
When asked if the couple is planning to get married, Nelly exclaimed: "Say what?! Wow, you just jumped out of the blue with that one. Yeah, you reaching."
