Clinton opens new DCU conflict resolution centre
Hillary Clinton will take time out from her engagements at the OSCE to open a new centre in Dublin City University which focuses on dealing with conflict resolution.
The Institute for International Conflict Resolution and Reconstruction offers expertise on the international politics of regions in conflict.
In opening the Institute Secretary Clinton will this afternoon deliver a keynote speech on the US attitude to human rights.
