Dublin buskers may have to apply for permits
Dublin buskers could soon have to seek permits to perform on the streets.
Proposals to have buskers apply for permits are to be put to city councillors with the first draft of new by-laws due out next month.
The council is also considering a ban on amplifiers in certain parts of the city.
