Shamrock Rovers will be close to full strength for tonight’s promotion/relegation first leg play-off at Dalymount Park against in-form Dublin City.

Premier Division Rovers are the favourites to come through the clash, but have lost five of their last six matches. Dublin City are the form side, having won their last three games.

Rovers, who have never been relegated, have the experienced trio of Mark Rutherford, Trevor Molloy and Derek Treacy back in the squad, though Mark Quigley is doubtful.

Dublin City will have defensive pair Alan Mulcahy and Ben Whelahan back from suspension as they look to get back to the Premier Division at the first attempt.
