Catherine Zeta-Jones has signed up to star in 'Side Effects'.
The 'Chicago' actress will join Jude Law, Channing Tatum and Blake Lively in the movie, written by Scott Z. Burns and to be directed about Steven Soderbergh.
Blake plays the role of a depressed woman with an addiction to prescription medication who begins a relationship with her doctor (Law) while dealing with the impending release of her husband (Tatum) from prison.
Welsh star Catherine will be playing a doctor named Eric Siebert.
Lorenzo di Bonaventure is producing with Greg Jacobs and scriber Scott, with production due to star in April on a budget of $30m.
Since having a troubling year in 2011 where she went to hospital suffering with bipolar disorder, Catherine has been back making a strong comeback, shooting substantial roles in 'Rock of Ages' alongside Tom Cruise and Julianne Hough and Stephen Frears' 'Lay The Favorite' with Bruce Willis.
She is currently shooting 'Broken City' alongside Mark Wahlberg and Russell Crowe.
