Almost 9,000 businesses go bust in 2012

There have been more company closures then start-ups so far this year.

There have been more company closures then start-ups so far this year.

That's just one of the findings from the latest study from the credit risk analyst firm, Vision Net.

They say 8,664 companies have gone bust in the first 8 months of the year. While 8,184 businesses began trading.

In addition, 165 companies went bust this month.
