Shatter to face second complaint

It has emerged tonight that Minister Shatter will face a second complaint to the Data Protection Commissioner.

A complaint has already been made by deputy Mick Wallace over the release of information about him on a TV show.

Deputy Luke Ming Flanagan has said that he is also making a complaint.

"I think I better put you on notice that I too have made a complaint about how you released protected information into the public realm to the Data Protection Commissioner, data that you released about me," he said.

"But then again you probably already know that, because you're their boss."

A vote of confidence in the Justice Minister will take place at 9pm.

It is believed that Mr Shatter will comfortably win as the coalition's massive majority rolls in behind him.
