Two still in custody over fatal stabbing in north Dublin

Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to hold two men this morning in connection with the fatal stabbing of a Latvian national in the north of the city over the weekend.

Gardaí in Dublin are continuing to hold two men this morning in connection with the fatal stabbing of a Latvian national in the north of the city over the weekend.

The 27-year-old victim died in hospital after being stabbed in the leg in the Swords area in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Four men were arrested for questioning about the incident, one of whom has appeared in court.

Another has been released without charge and the other two are in custody at Coolock and Swords Garda stations.
