Arctic Monkeys returned to their native Sheffield last weekend for a triumphant gig.
The world-smashing band, who release their second album 'Favourite Worst Nightmare' today, took to the stage both Saturday and Sunday night for the two homecoming gigs in celebration of their new release.
Both explosive gigs saw the group mix tracks from their new offering, including the single 'Brianstorm', with classics including 'I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor' and 'When The Sun Goes Down'.
Singer Alex Turner reportedly did not say very much throughout the gigs, apart from the odd "cheers" in between songs.
