Oscar-winners My Left Foot and In The Name Of The Father are favourites at 3/1 and 9/2, with Ryan’s Daughter at 10/1 and the more recent Inside I’m Dancing at 50/1.

Paddy Power said:“It’s only when you put a list like this together that you realise the amount of brilliant films that have come out of Ireland.”

Shares in Paddy Power plc were trading at €14.25 this afternoon.
