O'Mahony delays naming team

John O'Mahony will not name his Galway team to face Louth in the All-Ireland SFC qualifier at Parnell Park on Saturday until just before the start of the match.

Clive Monaghan is a definite non-starter for the Tribesmen after breaking his arm against Limerick in a challenge game last weekend.

Midfielder Sean Ó Domhnaill is considered doubtful after picking up a leg injury in that game, but veteran pair Gary Fahey and Kevin Walsh are expected to be recalled.

Both players failed to start last Sunday's Connacht semi-final defeat to Mayo.

Meanwhile, Louth are due to announce their team tonight but forward Arron Hoey is doubtful because of a leg injury.
