Kenmare teenager Paul O'Connor has been handed a surprise call-up to the Kerry side for Sunday's Munster SFC final against Cork in Killarney (throw-in 4pm).
The Under-21 star, who trained with the senior panel during the National League, will make his championship debut, taking the place of Darren O'Sullivan in a rejigged attack.
Team captain Declan O'Sullivan, having operated at wing forward in the semi-final defeat of Tipperary, returns to his preferred centre forward slot with Colm Cooper, Bryan Sheehan and O'Connor forming a new full-forward line.
Kerry boss Jack O'Connor, hoping to guide his county to a third successive Munster title, has made one other change - Mike McCarthy, back from a spell out with a hand injury, returns at full-back with Rathmore's Tom O'Sullivan losing out.
Kerry are bidding for their 71st Munster crown, while Cork are hoping to annex their 34th since 1890.
