New City boss Alan Mathews goes into the game with a number of players missing through injury, including defenders Neal Horgan and Sean Kelly along with Colin O'Brien, Colin Healy and Billy Woods.

Drogheda United, meanwhile, will be without the services of goalkeeper Dan Connor, as well as Jason Gavin and Shaun Maher.
