Four men have been arrested after drugs with a street value of around half a million euro were seized in a wave of raids across Dublin.
Detectives recovered around 1kg (2.2lb) of cannabis along with cash during a planned raid in the capital.
The haul was found in a car stopped and searched in Kylemore Road, Ballyfermot.
Three men travelling in the car, aged from late 20s to 50s, were arrested and are being detained at Ballyfermot Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
Later, a van was stopped and searched in Clonsilla Road, and around 8.5kg (18.7lb) of cannabis was uncovered.
The driver, a man in his late 30s, was arrested and is being quizzed by detectives at Blanchardstown Garda Station under the same legislation.
In a follow-up raid, on premises in Dale Road, Stillorgan, gardai also seized approximately 15kg (33lb) of cannabis.
The drugs, valued at around €490,000, have been sent for forensic analysis.
In a later search of a separate house, a large quantity of cash was also discovered.
