Jonjo O’Neill was fined £700 (€1,000) at a Jockey Club disciplinary panel hearing today after Never tested positive for a prohibited substance last August.

Jonjo O’Neill was fined £700 (€1,000) at a Jockey Club disciplinary panel hearing today after Never tested positive for a prohibited substance last August.

Flunixin was found in a urine sample taken from the eight-year-old after he finished second in the Cheltenham And Three Counties Club Novices’ Chase at Worcester on August 24.

Never was disqualified, with Nev Brown promoted from last of the three runners to second.
