Woman’s body recovered from sea off Clare coast
Gardaí in Co Clare are investigating the death of a 40-year-old woman whose body was recovered from the sea yesterday evening.
A rescue operation was launched when the Ennis woman was spotted in the water a Blackhead at around 6.30pm.
She was recovered a short time later and taken to University College Hospital in Galway, where she was pronounced dead.
