Wexford road accident kills one, injures four

One man is dead and four people are injured following a road accident in Co Wexford.

One man is dead and four people are injured following a road accident in Co Wexford.

It happened at 1.30pm near Ballinaboola, on the main Wexford to New Ross Road.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash.

The injured, including two children, have been taken to Wexford General Hospital, where their conditions are described as serious.

The road has been closed and will remain so for a number of hours.
