Today is the deadline for the appointment of four senior executives to the Football Association of Ireland.
The move was recommended in the Genesis report on the future of the association.
The failure to fill the positions could lead to the withdrawal of a €300,000 Sports Council grant to the FAI.
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive of the FAI Fran Rooney could learn today if he is to keep his job.
His appointment is being discussed during a series of FAI meetings in Dublin.
