New signings Kevin Kilbane and Manucho will go straight into the Hull squad for tomorrow’s Barclays Premier League visit of Arsenal.

Winger Kilbane arrived from Wigan on a two-and-a-half-year deal this week while Angola striker Manucho has joined on loan from Manchester United until the end of the season.

Midfielder George Boateng is missing and could be sidelined for up to 10 weeks after suffering knee ligament damage in the midweek FA Cup win at Newcastle.

Defender Kamil Zayatte is suspended and Paul McShane has been recalled from his loan spell by Sunderland, but Andy Dawson (Achilles) and Anthony Gardner (thigh) are both fit again.

Craig Fagan plays his last game before a one-match ban.

Manager Phil Brown is likely to make a number of other changes after fielding some of his fringe players at St James’ Park.

Provisional squad: Myhill, Ricketts, Turner, Gardner, Dawson, Ashbee, Mendy, Barmby, Geovanni, Kilbane, King, Garcia, Fagan, Halmosi, Folan, Marney, Cousin, Manucho, Doyle, Giannakopoulos, Duke.
