Ulster coach Mark McCall will make his first signing tomorrow when Campbell Feather will move from The Borders.

Feather will move to the province when he passes a medical.

Feather, aged 26, formerly of the Wellington Hurricanes, had been expected to return to his native New Zealand in the summer.
