Cork student gets nine A1s in Leaving Cert

A student in Cork has secured nine A1s in this year's Leaving Cert exams.

A student in Cork has secured nine A1s in this year's Leaving Cert exams.

Rory Crotty, a pupil at the Christian Brothers' College in the city, is one of more than 57,000 students receiving their results today.

He took Latin and Music as extra subjects and now wants to study medicine at University College Cork.
