There is fresh hope of a resolution in the dispute at Aer Lingus
The National Implementation Body has released a set of proposals to help end the row over the airline's cost-cutting plan.
They include an alternative saving programme for the company, which will not have a negative impact on staff.
Union bosses will meet to consider the proposals after Christmas.
