Pop star Lee Ryan arrived at a magistrates’ court today to face assault charges following an incident outside a nightclub.
The singer with the hugely successful boy band Blue was appearing at Horseferry Road Magistrates’ Court in London charged with two counts of common assault.
He is also charged with criminal damage following the alleged incident with two photographers outside the 10 Rooms nightclub in Piccadilly Circus last December.
Ryan, of Vauxhall, south London, denies the two assaults and damaging a camera lens.
The suited singer walked into the courtroom past waiting photographers.
Blue are one of the most successful boy bands, with two number one albums, three number one singles and two Brit awards.
