FG: Illegal parking in disabled bays should carry penalty points

Drivers who park illegally in disabled bays should be given penalty points, according to Fine Gael's Disability spokesman Denis Naughten.

Drivers who park illegally in disabled bays should be given penalty points, according to Fine Gael's Disability spokesman Denis Naughten.

Deputy Naughten, who is raising the issue in the Dáil this week, said the problem is worse at this time of year, with parking spaces at a premium in the Christmas rush.
