ISEQ falls again

The ISEQ index of Irish shares was down again this morning, falling 52.85 points to 8424.35.

The ISEQ index of Irish shares was down again this morning, falling 52.85 points to 8424.35.

Ryanair Holdings today announced that it has purchased 4,500,000 of its own ordinary shares of nominal value €0.00635 each.

The purpose of the purchase is cancellation.

The highest price paid for these ordinary shares was €4.87 and the lowest price paid was €4.845.

Ryan airs share price was today at €4.75, down €0.13.

The financial houses had mixed fortunes today: AIB fell €0.01 to €18.22, Anglo was down €0.05 to €13.83, BoI climbed €0.08 to €13.65 and IL&P fell €0.34 to €17.26.
