Waterford Utd have advanced to the third round of the FAI Cup after beating St Francis Athletic 2-0 in a replay at Baldonnell.
Paul Scully put the away side ahead after half an hour, finishing well from Aaron Moroney's precise centre.
With 17 minutes left, Alan Kirby sealed victory for United when he headed home David Whittle's cross from close range.
Waterford now meet UCD in the next round.
