The trial will begin tomorrow of Eamon Tuohy, who is accused of soliciting a man to murder another man.

Eamon Tuohy has pleaded not guilty to soliciting David Coleman to murder Joe Gallagher Junior in Navan, Co Meath on a date unknown between June 1 and September 30, 2004.

Prosecution counsel told the court that Mr Tuohy’s son had drowned and that he “blamed a number of people for the tragic death, including Joe Gallagher Junior”.
