A man in his 40s has died in hospital following a road crash in Co Cavan.

A man in his 40s has died in hospital following a road crash in Co Cavan.

He was a passenger in a car that collided with a street lamp at Cabra in Kingscourt on Tuesday afternoon.

Gardaí in Kingscourt are investigating.
