Charges brought in nightclub assault
A 28-year-old man has been charged in connection with an assault outside a Co Antrim nightclub, which left a student critically ill.
He is expected to appear in court in Ballymena this morning charged with grievous bodily harm.
The 20-year-old victim suffered serious head injuries when he was attacked in the car park of Kelly’s nightclub in Portrush last weekend.
