Independent TD Jackie Healy-Rae is refusing to reveal details of the deal he has reached to support a Fianna Fáil-led Government.
The South Kerry TD finalised the deal yesterday. Speaking on RTE Radio's Morning Ireland this morning, Mr Healy-Rae said the package of measures largely consisted of agreements to speed up existing plans for the area, including in roads and health. He refused to disclose further details.
Fianna Fáil is also believed to be in talks with three more independent TDs to secure their support when the new Dáil meets for the first time on Thursday.
