Cut-price airline Ryanair today announced their monthly customer service report.
The Irish airline reported that complaints registered stood at less than 1 person per 1000 passengers flying with them.
Ryanair had 15,798 flights during the month of March, of which 93% arrived on time.
The company also had the fewest flight cancellations of any airline in Europe, with a 99.4% completion rate.
Lost baggage complaints were 0.64 per 1000 customers, up slightly on last year's figure of 0.60.
