Police were today hunting a man who attacked and robbed a pregnant woman in Northern Ireland.

Police were today hunting a man who attacked and robbed a pregnant woman in Northern Ireland.

The 21-year-old woman, who is five months pregnant, was walking through an alleyway near Shackleton Walk in Newtownards, Co Down when she was grabbed by a man demanding money.

'‘She was punched in the face before her attacker took a mobile phone and a small amount of cash,’’ a Police Service of Northern Ireland spokesman said.
