A new report from Amnesty International released today has found that the Israeli Army committed war crimes against the Palestinian people in Jenin and Nablus.

The 76-page report followed intensive investigations where violations identified include unlawful killings, torture of prisoners, demolition of homes, looting and Israel's refusal to allow medical personnel attend the injured.

The report also cites Palestinian suicide bombings as crimes against humanity.

Amnesty International has again called for independent monitors with a human rights mandate to be given access to the region.
