A new report by the Public Accounts Committee revealed that €2.1bn has been collected from off-shore bank accounts.
The report was on the level of of-shore tax evasion uncovered by the Revenue Commissioners up to last October.
The report found the level of outstanding tax unpaid as of March last year, amounts to €1.36 billion.
The Oireachtas Public Accounts Committee says the overall figure does not represent the total amount being evaded in the Irish economy.
