Guinness look at options as strike looms
Guinness says reports that it may import stout from the UK if next week's strike leaves pumps dry, are pure speculation.
The company concedes industrial action is likely to have considerable effect on its business and supplies.
A Guinness spokesman says the company is looking at all the implications of the proposed strike, which is primarily due to the closure of the Dundalk packaging plant.
