Body found in Clare thought to be missing Polish man

A body has been located in the River Fergus in Ennis this afternoon.

A body has been located in the River Fergus in Ennis this afternoon.

The remains haven't been identified yet but it is thought they may be that of a 31-year-old Polish father of one who has been missing since last week.

Przemyslaw Jablonski, who was attending a house party on Wednesday, got into difficultly while swimming in the nearby river.

The body was located at the Railway Bridge in Ennis at around 4.30pm and is due to be removed from the water shortly.
